Interaction with the woman who provided me with my goods wasn’t really personable or friendly. But I do appreciate her stopping what she was making to give me my order. The bowl was delicious and was actually the best one I’ve had from any location.

The bowl was not the same as the downtown Nectar. It tasted bland and then I called and I got a refund, so that was good. My nephew (8 years old) was hungry so I gave it to him. Even though he thought it was decent he was eating then CHOCKED on a big CHUNK of ice in the bowl. Be careful!

Love this place and all the bowls, but every time I order online and go to pick up I always have to wait an extra 10 minutes past the pickup time.

Online order was supposed to be done at 8:20 I get there 5 minutes early and watch them make 3 orders of customers that came in after me. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for 2 bowls

Not impressed this order. My bowl was literally only half the container. I took pictures. I asked the staff if the process changed cause it’s only half full. Said it’s always that way when I order the granola on the side (which this location is notorious for forgetting to give me…this trip included). I can confirm it’s NOT this way since I always order my bowl with granola on the side cause I like to ratio out the crunchy bits. So I paid for my bowl, did not recieve my granola, I ask for no agave, no dates (both higher expense items), added blueberries and I get a half container bowl for the same price as a bowl with all the ingredients. I thought it would be remedied when I brought up the issue. Your profit is built in, why not ensure customers receive the same volume as a full ingredient order?

Sadly I don't live in the Sacramento area. You need to open a store in Walnut Creek or Lafayette. There isn't a decent acai bowl place.

I feel like my mango açaí bowl was missing a few ingredients as it only tasted and looked like there was mango in it and no pineapple or açaí

Disappointed with todays experience. There were only 4 strawberry slices on my bowl and a sprinkle of blueberries. I usually get a bunch of both. Disappointed.

I was here on 6/20/22 and I had placed an order through door dash, I ordered the peanut butter bowl which comes with bananas and I put on my order “not to add any bananas on top or inside the bowl” because of my allergy to bananas and I went to pick up my order and I began to eat it and I tasted bananas inside the bowl which caused me to have an allergic reaction.. long story short I was very unhappy about it because it could’ve been a lot worse..

I left a Yelp review about the poor experience I had at this location. It’s not consistent anymore, I get less product when ordering bowls and when I point out the discrepancy between the 2 bowls, I get no customer service just a blank stare and an indignation face from another new girl. Not like it used to be unfortunately!

Need to label to go bowls. No clue which is which

I ordered online but the order wasn’t ready at the time stated and i even got there few minutes later than the state time. I had to wait another 16 minutes to get my bowl. It was kind of annoying especially when I have a little one with me. I would’ve been ok if it was just few minutes but 16 is just a little too long of a wait.

The online site had an add on of PB chia cashew pudding but it wasn’t available so I didn’t get it in my bowl. No problem; I love your products and will be back. Thanks!!
