everything was fine EXCEPT I only received a quarter of my acai bowl. I paid $11 for 1/4 of a bowl I took photos!

Overall not bad. The app is a little bit clunky - the way options are laid out seems unnecessarily complicated. My only real complaint though, is that I had wanted to order the dragon fruit bowl. I didn't see it on the app at all, so I ordered something else...but when I got to the store, the menu showed that they had it. It was a bummer that the app didn't accurately reflect the actual menu in the store, which caused me to not be able to order ahead for the item I wanted. This makes me hesitant to use the app unless this is fixed.

The one in Sacramento sucks, (THEY DONT FILL THE BOWL) but the one in reno, absolutely AMAZING.

I ordered the bowls online and was able to pick them up soon after I ordered. The bowls were kept in the freezer or fridge until I picked them up. Overall, an excellent ordering and pick up experience. Staff were friendly when I walked into the store and they were able to find and provide my order quickly.

There is a variety of drinks and fruit bowls to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I've gotten the acaii banana berry bowl. It's a little on the pricey side but it's really good if you want something cold, fruitful, and healthy. If I were to rate it it's probably like an 8/10 overall it's good but including with the price they're selling it for not that great. If I want to eat something healthy everyday this is probably it but it's something I can't afford all the time

Inconsistency in making bowls across different locations. Flavor and thickness varies.

I wish they would fix that front door!!! I ordered on line and my bowl was right on time...gotta love that. Staff very friendly and clearly seemed to appreciate my business.

Service was good, but my smoothie bowl wasn’t filled as much as it is in the picture on the menu.

I love the Crocker store and the employees are always so friendly and professional! Of course the products are fantastic as well- the Açaí- mango bowl rocks and it is always prepared really nice- it’s obvious the staff cares and takes pride in what they do!

Super tasty!! The bowls and the drinks are both fantastic and served fast
