It’s clear this location has not been versed in basic customer service. Customers as a whole are treated as if they are a bother…we can not come to this location and pretty soon you won’t have any customers to treat poorly or even a job. I’ve tried several times to give this location a chance. I’ve waited 20+ minutes for a mobile order, this is after arriving to the location only to observe the staff having personal conversations or playing around. I understand the things have changed but this is customer abuse and I’d rather go elsewhere.

Horrible service and lack of professionalism. I waited for 30 minutes without getting my smoothie. Other people were getting there order first. Not people who ordered online or anything like that those who ordered 5-20 minutes after me were recieving there smoothie first. Its not like making a Pink Flamingo only takes 10 minutes and a Berry Banana Burst takes an hour.
I have come to this location many times. Most of the time in the evening. Doors are locked well before 6pm which is the listed time of close. Most recently I’ve come earlier and service has been good.
Today, i ordered the black tea refresher- unsure what all it is due to include- but it’s literally black tea. No flavor, no sweetener, nothing. I would love the mandarin tea to return.

I left a Yelp review about the poor experience I had at this location. It’s not consistent anymore, I get less product when ordering bowls and when I point out the discrepancy between the 2 bowls, I get no customer service just a blank stare and an indignation face from another new girl. Not like it used to be unfortunately!

I ordered online but the order wasn’t ready at the time stated and i even got there few minutes later than the state time. I had to wait another 16 minutes to get my bowl. It was kind of annoying especially when I have a little one with me. I would’ve been ok if it was just few minutes but 16 is just a little too long of a wait.
