Very positive. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They prepared my drink promptly and had it in the refrigerator to keep it cool when I picked it up. They also greeted me when I entered the store and left the store. Really appreciate that.

It is helpful when the staff says "will be right with you" so it looks like they noticed the customer walk in and acknowledged their presence. When they don't do this there is a long line and everyone is waiting around unsure of when they will be helped.

Waiting 35 minutes now to get a smoothie. Still waiting… Need I say more?… Nekter management, this is not a place people come to spend time hanging out. Yikes!
I love Nektar, however I ordered delivery through Doordash, the driver couldn't find my work, yelled at me in Punjabi and cancelled my order. I never received a refund or callback after leaving a message with Nektar customer service. Very disappointed.

I was on a tight schedule today and needed to be in and out. I presented to the store 21 minutes after I ordered and 6 minutes beyond the proposed pickup time. What is the point of online ordering if the staff cannot prepare the order within a proposed and reasonable time?
