Great staff, tasty juice!!

They’re always friendly and speedy but the drinks just haven’t been up to par. My juice this morning didn’t taste like they added pineapple (and neither did the last one) even though I requested and paid for it. I was in a hurry so I didn’t realize it until later today or else I would’ve mentioned it. They had turned me onto getting the greenie and blending it with ice and pineapple and it was wonderful the first time but it hasn’t been good since. You can’t order it that way in the app so that’s annoying. I’ve ordered it in person a couple of times but it hasn’t been right since the first time. I keep trying but I think I’m done because it’s frustrating.

I love this location. When I order my drinks or bowls they add the right ingredients instead of substituted ingredients. Other places don't order their ingredients ontime and replace what really goes in the drinks with celery. If I wanted a celery juice I would have ordered one.

It's not ideal to get 2 smoothie bowls delivered to you due to high cost and they start melting. My acai bowl had cacao nibs when I requested those be removed. Though the ingredients are very fresh, the flavor was bland. Overall, I'd prefer to go in person or explore other juice shops.

Complaints: -My juice seems watered down sometimes. I never get ice. -The smoothies are often chunky. This is common on reviews. We just moved to AZ and this was not a prob in WA. This is a huge pet peeve for me. -The cups are typically sticky on the outside. A clean towel for wiping extra spilled juice prior to serving the customer would do the trick. Now the good: -the kids working there are so kind and friendly. All of my complaints are always handled immediately with a smile. For this reason, I will keep returning.

I get a green juice almost everyday and I loved the service is fast and courteous. Just these surveys are boring for me I think you guys send the. Very often
