Experience overall all good but my last visit wasn't as consistent with the product. Smoothie was more watery than previous visits with my Poppey ACAI. I understand we have some different people working there since the others are headed back to school.

My daughter tried this place with a friend last week and loved it and asked to come again. I think something was wrong with her drink, it was extremely foamy and not like last time at all. It was separating from the second it was set down on the counter and I didn't know any better to ask. I tried it and told her not to finish it because it did not taste right.
I got an acai bowl and I have never had an acai bowl I didn't like, until this one. Great size, great price, lacked flavor and I wish the girl taking our order would have been kind enough to ask if I wanted a lid. Lids are automatically put on so everything was smashed in the bowl and messy to take off, then scrape off the lid. I had every intention to sit and dine in but we left.

Acai bowl - 5 stars for size and price but 1 or 2 stars for flavor. I personally dont like frozen strawberry chunks in the acai portion of an acai bowl. I prefer a smooth acai portion with fresh fruit on top. (Maybe there was a mix of fresh and frozen strawberries, I couldn't tell because everything got smashed in the bowl).
This location has the best staff of polite, professional young people! Everyone’s so nice and helpful. I’ve ordered here 100+ times, and my açaí bowls, smoothies and juice are always excellent! Shout out to Halle and Bryce :)
I love the genuinity from this Nektar Juice Bar. I've come to know this place as my daily routine for a delicious shake, bowl, and juice, too. I love it here. This is by far one of my favorite places to grab a shake and go. This Nektar has come to know me and what I like to order. That really rises the bar for me in what I like to see in customer service. This review of this location is way past overdue. If you like real fruit, real good ingredients, you just might love this place too.
I always have the best experience when I go into the Nekter at the Falls at Ocotillo. If my order is not memorized by a regular employee it is taken and completed at record time, and with a smile, and "have a nice day" when I leave. I love going into this location because it is convenient for me and very close to my job. I appreciate everyone here at this location for their willingness to always help and offer what I need for what ever season. If I could say thanks to everyone at this location I would say, Thank you very much for all that you do! Keep up the good customer service, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Other than the spoiled bananas on my açaí bowl it was good. The ladies working were busy but still got to be in a very fast fashion which I was grateful for.
