Love the Acai Banana Berry Bowl.

For this experience was much better Saturday than it was Friday. Very nice and the Popeye Acai was just perfect

Overall service was great, however, my bowls were missing the extra agave I asked for.

One of our bowls was full as usual and unfortunately the other bowl was only about half full?? Very strange considering we have ordered these at least 50+ times and they have always been full. Might be worth addressing with the staff.

Never have I once walked into a Nekter and seen a happy employee. This particular time, I walked in, let them know that I was picking up an order, and the rep reluctantly walked over, grabbed it, tossed it on the counter and didn't say a word to me. I said "Have a great day" and they responded once again with nothing. Now, I don't know whether to blame the people, or the company. It's odd to have gone to multiple locations and seen the same saddened and beat down faces on the employees. Are you guys paying too little? Demanding too much? Hiring too few people and asking too much of them? Why are most of your employees sad to be there? Why is your turnover rate clearly so high? I get a new person almost every time I get a bowl there. Your food is phenomenal (albeit clearly slightly overpriced) and I am willing to pay the extra for how good it is, but I can't help but feel bad for your employees every time I drop by, regardless of location.

I love the watermelon smoothie with cacao chips blended in. The new immunity bowl is yummy on my tummy!

Ordered from this place via Uber eats. I ordered a açai bowl with no bananas because I have an allergy to bananas. I also asked for pineapples and mangos on it. The bowl came with bananas on it and did not include the mangos or pineapples. They even wrote on the lid “+mangos+pineapples” and the receipt had my order correct. They were clearly too lazy to make the bowl I requested. Could easily kill someone with an allergy because of their laziness.

After refusing to go to the Gilbert and Ocotillo location for six months because they were so incompetent (melted bowls, late, not done, done wrong etc.) and rude - I finally decided to try a different location today. My daughter who is for really wanted a bowl for her birthday lunch and I decided that I had avoided them long enough… Boy I was wrong. We skipped eating food when we had the opportunity, ordered our bowls via the app... Of course when we get there, they are not made. I can confirm the correct location and it showed the associate my order on the app. I was in a hurry which is why I ordered from the app to begin with and didn’t have time to wait for them to make another one so she then had to manually enter in the bowl and refund it to my card. Barely apologized, offered no explanation, offered no insight as to what may have happened or if it happened before. No $5 coupon for the inconvenience. Didn’t offer to have her associate make the bowls while she looked further into finding the order after I made it clear I was in a hurry. I officially will NEVER go to Nekter again.
