This is my second or third time doing online order for a juice clans. First time I ordered came into the store and for some reason, my order was not able to be found and had to wait until it was put together. This time again came in at the time it was said it would be available and supposedly my order was accidentally given to someone that came in before me so again had to wait. The ladies did apologize and get the order together as soon as they could, but still second issue of my order not being complete.

This location has the best staff of polite, professional young people! Everyone’s so nice and helpful. I’ve ordered here 100+ times, and my açaí bowls, smoothies and juice are always excellent! Shout out to Halle and Bryce :)

I don’t know his name, but the guy with thick black hair who works in the morning makes the best juices. And is the friendliest. Very appreciated.

Custom juice with the Perfect amount of Everything!!!

I love the genuinity from this Nektar Juice Bar. I've come to know this place as my daily routine for a delicious shake, bowl, and juice, too. I love it here. This is by far one of my favorite places to grab a shake and go. This Nektar has come to know me and what I like to order. That really rises the bar for me in what I like to see in customer service. This review of this location is way past overdue. If you like real fruit, real good ingredients, you just might love this place too. I always have the best experience when I go into the Nekter at the Falls at Ocotillo. If my order is not memorized by a regular employee it is taken and completed at record time, and with a smile, and "have a nice day" when I leave. I love going into this location because it is convenient for me and very close to my job. I appreciate everyone here at this location for their willingness to always help and offer what I need for what ever season. If I could say thanks to everyone at this location I would say, Thank you very much for all that you do! Keep up the good customer service, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Disappointed because I ordered to go and I didn’t received my usual smoothie. It was a poorly blended juice…:(

Easy order through the app! Got a six pack of bottled juices. Came in to pick up and someone came to help me very promptly and immediately got my order from the back and I was on my way. Service was friendly. Everything is always very fresh here!
