Experience overall all good but my last visit wasn't as consistent with the product. Smoothie was more watery than previous visits with my Poppey ACAI. I understand we have some different people working there since the others are headed back to school.

This is the 1st time Ive used the Nektar App, worked great , everything on time , Learned my lesson when coming at the wrong time. Wonderful employees. My only criticism is housekeeping , the lobby area needs some. attention , paint on chipped walls.

The order was ready when I arrived, and the person who handed off was friendly, but the toxin flush was not made properly. You may be able to see that Erica S and Rocky S have ordered these roughly twice a week for 3 years, so it is obvious when someone does not put in the effort or have the proper ingredients or training to make it correctly.

This is my second or third time doing online order for a juice clans. First time I ordered came into the store and for some reason, my order was not able to be found and had to wait until it was put together. This time again came in at the time it was said it would be available and supposedly my order was accidentally given to someone that came in before me so again had to wait. The ladies did apologize and get the order together as soon as they could, but still second issue of my order not being complete.
