Love this place! Always clean and tidy with smiling staff and excellent juices! Perfect for post workout or just to enjoy in the nicely air conditioned hangout. The space is not overly crowded and the juice isn't overpriced for some great juice made to order right then! I try to stop here whenever possible

Just tried you products for the first time this week. I have been in three times. Very happy with the speed and service and the quality of the juice and acai bowls.

I came to this location after attending an event where they were doing a pop-up. I won a free ginger shot and the girl at the booth was very sweet. She gave me the shot and put a sticker on top, informing me that if I downloaded the app from the QR code and went to their location, I would be given a free juice or smoothie. I followed the instructions, but when I arrived at the location, I was met with two young girls who said that the code wasn't popping up on the app. They were very nice in trying to figure it out, but they started arguing over who should get the manager because they were scared of her. After 10 minutes, the manager finally came over, tried to walk me through it, and then walked away. After doing what she told me, it still wasn't popping up, and the two girls once again argued over who should get the manager. Finally, one of them did, and the manager came back and then proceeded to be slick about charging me for a smoothie and said your code should show up within the next 24 hours and tried to hide the receipt. When I asked for it, she charged me for a regular smoothie. I asked her why I was charged, and that's when she finally explained that I would only get a free juice or smoothie if I made a purchase first (which was not explained by the girl at the event, on the sticker, or by the two girls working the front). I then proceeded to show the manager the photo of the sticker, and all she had to say was, "Sorry, that's just how it works; it's only supposed to get you to the app." Not only is this false advertising, but this is completely misleading and was poor management/service. After wasting 20 min, I just asked for a refund. While this is only $10, and I would have been happy to pay, I figured that this horrible service and misleading information was not worth paying for; I would rather give my business to another Nekter. I want to emphasize that this whole situation goes back to poor management. The girl at the event, misinformed about redeeming a free smoothie, goes back to poor management for not properly training her. The two girls then being scared to get their manager to resolve this situation goes back to poor management. And then the manager's only solution, saying, "Sorry, that's just how it works," is POOR MANAGEMENT! I feel so badly for these young girls who have to be the face of these issues. I was deeply disappointed by this experience. I wish I could say I am exaggerating, but I'm not. This whole situation happened, and I was shocked. I don't even want to hear back from any of the management team because I spoke directly with the manager, and she had the chance to make it right at that moment and didn't. The two young girls were the only staff apologetic for this inconvenience; I never once received an apology from the manager except for the "sorry, that's just how it works." Having worked in the service industry, I give a lot of grace to service workers, but this was just inexcusable.

Good service, good quality, keep it up guys thank you, by the way, usually I ordered in person, this time I tried the onilne, but I couldn’t make my usual order😓 so i just choose this one, make my juice isn’t offer all the choices, its not showing there like an orange if i wanna added I couldn’t!! Please add all the available items so we can order online our favorite ones Thank you once again

Great service. Quick and pleasant pickup interaction. I'm worried the green drinks only SEEM healthy. What can Nektar do to provide healthy products that will provide nutrition but my glycemic index quickly or too much as pure fruit juice would do.

I came here for juice and açaí bowl with a couple of friends. The store was clean and inviting The staff were very friendly and nice. We got our drinks very quickly. The bowl was full of fruit and drinks were fantastic. We will be returning for sure. I would definitely recommend!

They close at 8pm and my husband and I arrive at 7:28 ordered right away and was told we can’t order any juices because juicer machine closes at 7:30. So we had to get whatever was bottled already.

Overall it was a great experience! Juice was good, Customer service was decent. Sweet girl, but could’ve showed a bit more enthusiasm. No warm smile, or have a great day, but not mean either.

Delicious bowls, juices and smoothies. Can’t go wrong with whatever you order. Healthy too! It is expensive though, so it’s a nice treat!

Good, not really any interaction was required. The cups are so flimsy though- when did that happen? I was afraid my juice would burst when I picked it up.

Nekter is my favorite healthy juice spot. Wishing many successful years to come.

Ok for a juice plan

Awesome , experience, staff is very polite & take care of everyone. Neat & clean environment but need more flavor of fresh fruit juices to be added in menu.
