We love Nekter! Have been going to this location for 2-3 years and it’s always consistently great. Fast and friendly employees and fresh juices smoothies and bowls. Definitely 5 stars

We usually go to the Nekter closer to our house but the app for them wasn’t working. We were pleasantly surprised that our bowls were much better at your store.

This place makes you feel terribly unwelcome to order or ask any questions. The girl in the back giving dirty looks to kill was very off putting. Got the bowl and it was probably the most bland açaí bowl I’ve had at any restaurant, to date. With the customer service being as bad as it is, I wouldn’t even consider coming back to try any of their other menu items to see if they’re any better. After reading reviews, it seem customary for years for this business to hire rude employees :/

I enjoy the bowls a lot but I consistently don’t get the add ons I order online (usually almond butter) and it’s pretty disappointing. Perhaps if I order in the store it would be better. Also, my whole family consistently notices a general lack of friendliness from the staff. Many times barely a smile. I don’t require that for the good eats at Nektr but it is definitely noticeable and not welcoming.

FALSE ADVERTISING! place closed their doors in the face of my 9 year old son at 747PM...he was so disappointed that an adult could actually be that rude to him... We were about to get 20x PBJ bowls for my nephews bday because we had an accident with our cake... The lights were all already off and no employees were left by 755pm!!
NEWS FLASH! just because you run a franchise from a corporate chain doesn't mean you can close at your convenience

Fresh ingredients, easy to order. I’ve not found much variety in the taste of the bowls. Ordered a peanut butter bowl that tasted nothing of peanut butter. It tasted like the açaí bowl that my husband ordered. Tasty, but disappointing.

My bowl was not blended correctly had a chuck of banana in the middle and fruit taste old.
