It was great. Ordered from the app and smoothies were ready right when I arrived!

I wish smoothies were available for online ordering during lunch hour. I often go to other places because of this.

Love the bowls! First time trying a coffee based smoothie. The PB Mocha- chose the vanilla pea protein. Prepared quickly, well blended & smooth. Atmosphere was chill, however it gets loud from time to time as the blenders are extremely noisy. Would be more enjoyable if there were more shaded outdoor seating

This location gets worse and worse every time I go. Ordered a juice and a smoothie. They forgot about the juice and then took 30 minutes to make the juice. The staff member asked me two times what I ordered and then moved soooo slowly. They forgot two items in the previous customer's order as well. Very disappointing.

The açaí berry bowl and smoothie where delicious as always.

Not pleased with this location at all. 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and my order still isn’t available. I noticed I wasn’t greeted when I walked in! Though I did notice that other races were greeted! I noticed a lot of sidebar conversations instead of actually getting my order completed! I have a busy schedule and this is why I select pick up ahead of time so that I don’t have to sit and wait! Highly disappointed! One of the girls turned her nose up at me as I greeted her. It took 30 minutes to sit and wait and receive my order! I ordered 1 32 oz smoothie. Other locations are much more professional! Please get new employees. Last but not least after waiting all that time I had chunks of fruit not even properly blended in my smoothie. Talk about highly upset

I placed an order at the San Tan Village location in Az online ahead of time at 1:05. I arrived at 1:21pm to grab my order. They still didn’t have it done. The two girls working could care less it wasn’t done and still proceeded to take there time to even get it done. I didn’t receive my order until 1:34 and she only made one drink and forgot ten other. That to me is ridiculous. The whole point of ordering ahead is to make the service rather faster. I didn’t recién my complete my whole order into 1:45pm. That is absurd. I understand places are understaffed and the wait time is longer, but a whole 40 minutes for a smoothie and green juice is ridiculous!!! I also saw many customers come in and leave because no one was attending to them. If it was my business I would be disappointed to see business walk out the door.

I waited 15 minutes for two smoothies that’s nuts. It’s not on the two girls working they were diligent but they need some help. I won’t wait again.

My orders are consistently never ready by pickup time. This time it was so late that I missed a meeting. This is unacceptable. I will be getting my smoothies and juices elsewhere going forward.

I love nekter for the fresh juice and smoothies. I have a place near my home that I always go to. I was miles away from home so decided to stop in for my usual smoothie. I was very disappointed with this location, they did not blend my smoothie only pulsed it. It had whole chunks of banana and I couldn’t swallow it because it had huge pieces of kale/spinach. Also, waited over 25 minutes for my smoothie. Completely unacceptable, avoid this location. Go to one on power and 202 worth the drive.

I ordered online and all of my items were prepared when I arrived. It was extremely easy to order and pick it up. The smoothies and bowls weren’t melted and tasted amazing.

Order was great. Ordered online before they opened & had 5 smoothies on my order. Got there right at opening & only had to wait less than 10mins for them to finish the order.

Very disappointing, my very first time attending here and not only did I have to wait 20 mins for 2 smoothies, didn’t look as busy but we received one melted. we went up to the counter just to find out one of our smoothies was waiting on the counter, semi melted while the other was in the fridge. When the girl handed us our smoothies she didn’t know what to say, that’s how confused and lost she was. I will try it again but not at this location, ever.

I should seriously have my head checked for how much money I waste on this place not making my smoothie correctly 99% of the time. I’m pretty sure this time my peanut butter Health nut got no peanut butter or ice. I’m pretty sure smoothies have to have ice in order to be a smoothie. Last time I got the greeny, my stomach hurt for two days because the produce wasn’t fresh, either that or they stuck every part of the stock of celery into the juicer even the parts you’re not supposed to eat, like the dirt on the stems.
