Great service and great quality of the smoothie bowls bananas were fresh this time which makes the bowl!

Horrible service once again. Every time I go to his location the bigger girl always has the worst attitude. I ordered on line and when I went in to pick up she tells me there is no order for me. I show her the order and she still argues with me until the other girl comes out and tells her yes there is an order. When i got my smoothie it was like water.

I ordered no blueberries on top of the Acia bowl but still wanted them in the bowl. They were not in the bowl. I could tell because the color and texture were different than what I usually get. The orange crush tasted watered down. The pink flamingo also tasted watered down and seemed like it was missing something. It wasn’t a smoothie texture. It was more like a juice. The girl at the counter was counting the drawer and looked up long enough to ask if it was an online order. I said yes and she pushed it over to me. She didn’t greet me or ask my name or anything and then went back to what she was doing. I felt like I was bothering her by coming in. We usually go to a different location and get much better service. I’ll skip this location in the future.

Went in about 20mins before closing and had a bad experience. The girl who took our order was not friendly and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by placing an order. Our smoothie was very watery and had the chunks of ice and strawberry.

I felt refreshed by the excellent service I received. They had my smoothie on deck within the time I ordered online by my arrival. Overall, outstanding job

I was here this afternoon to treat myself to one of my favorite smoothies, and my experience was awful. The girl at the register was kind but low energy. The one making my smoothie had no energy or kindness; she took the next order that came in behind me. The girls working there didn’t seem to want to be there at all. The place felt very sterile. No music, no energy. Also, my smoothie wasn’t even cold. It was like, room temp. I didn’t want to bother with asking it to be remade; I just wanted out of there. Granted, the place was clean, and the service was fast. Oh, and the price? Crazy! Especially for the product this time, and the experience.

The pumpkin smoothie is delicious and the employees are friendly!

The smoothies were really good, but almost $15 each. That’s pretty crazy for a family of four. The restaurant was very clean inside, and the ingredients seemed fresh. What needs a lot of work is the customer service. The girls barely acknowledged the customers and did not smile once. Nobody felt welcome there. We won’t be back.

Smoothies are always good and were ready at the promised time. When I first walked in no one had acknowledged me but when they came over to help they were super polite.

It went great , I ordered online and it was ready when I got there to pick up my smoothies :)
