Great service and great quality of the smoothie bowls bananas were fresh this time which makes the bowl!

Unfortunately one of my bowls I ordered with mango inside but that was not added

I ordered no blueberries on top of the Acia bowl but still wanted them in the bowl. They were not in the bowl. I could tell because the color and texture were different than what I usually get. The orange crush tasted watered down. The pink flamingo also tasted watered down and seemed like it was missing something. It wasn’t a smoothie texture. It was more like a juice. The girl at the counter was counting the drawer and looked up long enough to ask if it was an online order. I said yes and she pushed it over to me. She didn’t greet me or ask my name or anything and then went back to what she was doing. I felt like I was bothering her by coming in. We usually go to a different location and get much better service. I’ll skip this location in the future.

I like coming to your location as it’s close and I usually get my purchase quickly and I get what I paid. However, when I ordered a peanut butter bowl with peanut butter inside and extra peanut on top, it was nowhere to be found. I paid the $2 for it to be included I was disappointed that I didn’t taste any peanut butter and added my own at home. Please make sure they double cfeck that all ingredients are included.

I placed a to-go order and immediately noticed that my usual order looked completely different. I ordered a PB&J bowl, which normally includes peanut butter pudding. Instead, my bowl contained dried chia seeds in place of the pudding. Ava M., who took my order, prepared it, and later addressed my concern, told me that this was how it was supposed to be. I explained that I order this item regularly and it has never been served this way. She insisted that sometimes the pudding is liquid and sometimes it is thick, but this was not pudding at all. This experience was extremely disappointing. If the peanut butter pudding was unavailable, the proper and professional response would have been to inform me so I could choose a different option. Serving a substitute without explanation and then dismissing a valid concern shows a lack of honesty and customer care. I expect better communication and transparency, especially from a place I’ve ordered from many times.

Easy to order on app, choose the açaí protein bowl, it was ready when I arrived and now in my belly! Love all their options!

Customer service was fantastic! My bowl was a little more liquidy than I like and a little too much peanut butter but typically it’s great when I go.

I had a pickup order and the employee was extremely nice and kind. I ordered a bowl and my order was to add peanut butter inside. However, there was no peanut butter inside and it was an extra $1. I think it would help if in the app it requests a “scoop” instead of just peanut butter inside.

I absolutely love nekter and so I decided to place an online order and pick it up on my way home from school and it was quick and easy to do! I was in and out and ate my acai bowl at home which was my favorite!!

I love Nektar, I get it almost every day however I have been a bit disappointed lately. I usually get the protein power açaí bowl but the last couple of times I’ve gotten it, they didn’t put peanut butter on top which is part of it. It also wasn’t filled as much as usual. I hope these were one off situations otherwise I may start going to TruBowl instead.

Let me just say, I am so glad to have a healthier alternative to other chain restaurant smoothies where others would say their smoothies where healthy, only for them to have a lot of artificial flavors and additives. I am ecstatic to be able to drink Nekter smoothies that use real fruit and real ingredients all while keeping it simple and clean. I also heard you make your own almond milk or cashew milk which is a bonus, and we can even customize our own smoothies to our preference. Also your Acai bowls have the perfect amount of fruit and granola where a lot of places don't put enough granola. Additionally, we need more healthy alternatives like your business in the world, as I believe if we had more healthy options to choose from perhaps, we wouldn't choose the unhealthy ones. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and attentive and quick to get my online order for me, it was my first time trying Nekter but I can assure you it won't be my last and I would love to recommend you to others.
