Let me just say, I am so glad to have a healthier alternative to other chain restaurant smoothies where others would say their smoothies where healthy, only for them to have a lot of artificial flavors and additives. I am ecstatic to be able to drink Nekter smoothies that use real fruit and real ingredients all while keeping it simple and clean. I also heard you make your own almond milk or cashew milk which is a bonus, and we can even customize our own smoothies to our preference. Also your Acai bowls have the perfect amount of fruit and granola where a lot of places don't put enough granola. Additionally, we need more healthy alternatives like your business in the world, as I believe if we had more healthy options to choose from perhaps, we wouldn't choose the unhealthy ones. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and attentive and quick to get my online order for me, it was my first time trying Nekter but I can assure you it won't be my last and I would love to recommend you to others. Thank you!!

The timeliness of my in-app order made it so easy to stop in and pick my order up. Both the berry açaí bowl and strawberry banana protein smoothie were delicious!

I stop at a nekter once or twice a week but first time at this location Usually order a mango bowl. When I received my order the worker told me I forgot to tell you were out of pineapple after I looked down at the empty spot . I told her if I can plz have more strawberries in its place She added 2 lol .I got to my car and really looked at wow bowl less than 1/2 full Normally at other nekters it’s half to 3/4 full. Disappointed at Williams field and greenfield location. Can I have my tip back and half of purchase pice since I didn’t get what I paid for.

The bowl was the missing bananas and pineapple.

Today my protein bowl had WAY TOO much strawberry in the blended part which is a disappointment, but nekter rarely gets it wrong. I wish the online order time was a little faster too but otherwise, the experience is always great.

It was a to go order and it was incorrect. They left off apples and the texture was mushy. I realize this is a franchise. I order the Sam bowl and it taste different at every location.

Staff was friendly Feels like corners are being cut compared to other locations Everything seems more liquidity Last time I got a bowl and it was soupy Today the smoothie was more like a juice The fruit doesn’t seem fresh rather frozen or freeze dried Just not as good as other locations This just isn’t my favorite location

I ordered 2 Acai Peanut Butter bowls and they were delicious! Fast service and the music playlist was excellent.

The drinks were great but I had to stand at the register for over ten minutes waiting for someone to help me. The said they’d be right with me but continued making drinks and I just had to stand the as a line formed behind me. All I needed to do was let them know about my mobile order and then I could have sat down while I waited. Someone should always make the counter a priority while the other works on drinks. I totally understand being busy, and both gals were very nice. The drinks were great tasting if a little thinner than usual and the bowl again tasted great but wasn’t firm enough to keep the fruit from sinking. Overall we all enjoyed the drinks and bowl but had to freeze them a while first.

Online ordering was easy and orders were ready early. Although my bowls were different sizes (one filled more in the cup than the other), the mix still contained frozen fruit. I love this place for the smoothie bowls but these were not very good. Also, they left off the agave.

I preordered 5 bowls and they were ready when I arrived. They all looked amazing and tasted delicious. We celebrated our Administrative Assistants today and they were very happy with their bowls as well.
