I ordered some things for delivery. They came quickly and were delicious. But they did not bring one of my juices which cost $10 plus a $6.50 delivery fee. I tried to call the store to see what we could do about it. But nobody answered and it just says to call back so I wasn't able to talk to anybody. 😞

I ordered no blueberries on top of the Acia bowl but still wanted them in the bowl. They were not in the bowl. I could tell because the color and texture were different than what I usually get. The orange crush tasted watered down. The pink flamingo also tasted watered down and seemed like it was missing something. It wasn’t a smoothie texture. It was more like a juice. The girl at the counter was counting the drawer and looked up long enough to ask if it was an online order. I said yes and she pushed it over to me. She didn’t greet me or ask my name or anything and then went back to what she was doing. I felt like I was bothering her by coming in. We usually go to a different location and get much better service. I’ll skip this location in the future.

I love this location, but I walked in 40 minutes until close and couldn’t get a juice because they “just cleaned and put away the juicer”. I understand wanting to clean up and get off work but I should be able to order what’s on the menu with 40 minutes to spare.

I ordered through the app ahead of time because I was in a time crunch, but when I arrived, no one was there, no customers and no employees. When someone finally came out to help me, I told them I had an online order and she said she’d make it right now….so it takes 25 minutes to make a drink when you aren’t busy at all? Hmmmm…anyway, why do I pay extra for add-ons when I don’t get them in my drink? How do I know my add-ons are not in my drink? When I’ve ordered the same drink for years, and also have juiced it at home, then I know when it doesn’t have the ingredients I asked for. Anyway, Nekter ***** now. The customer service is nonexistent. The drinks are not anything special and are wrong most of the time. And, as long as it takes to get one at Nekter, I might as well get all the ingredients myself and make it myself for less. At least I know I would get it right every time.

I love Nekter Juice Bar so much! Efficient, healthy, and yummy! All the stars!

If someone buys two different green juices, shouldn’t you identify which is which?

Staff was friendly Feels like corners are being cut compared to other locations Everything seems more liquidity Last time I got a bowl and it was soupy Today the smoothie was more like a juice The fruit doesn’t seem fresh rather frozen or freeze dried Just not as good as other locations This just isn’t my favorite location

I’ve been purchasing smoothies, juice and snacks from the Dana Park location for a few weeks now. I love it. I’m glad I decided to give them a try. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean. Thank you to everyone who everyone there who continues to provide awesome service : -)

Absolutely LOVE Neckter Juice Bar!!! Always fresh good açai bowls, smoothies, and what not! Always wonderful Service too!!!!!!!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The juices taste amazing and they add ice to the drink right before you take it to go so the drink isn’t melted down. 10/10

I pre ordered with a set pick up date and time. Not only was it not ready they didn’t even have the proper items to complete my 2 day cleanse. I just had oral surgery so pretty annoying when you’re planning ahead. Nothing was even done to compensate. No one wants extra celery juice 🤦🏾‍♀️

Love this place, tons of different options from smoothies, juices, detox shots and you can add or substitute whatever you want. Their reasonably priced and I would definitely be coming back.

Out of spinach and didn’t add enough kale so had ginger and lemon juice I asked for little ice and they filled it with ice. Not a lot of actual juice
