Nekter is always out of ingredients. Need to work on supply chain or menu. Reliably unreliable when other smoothie shops are not.

The APP only offered 2 sizes for the smoothie. I had to order 32oz. The store offered all 3 sizes

I am so confused how anyone actually believes this sugared up ice is actually healthy food. I’m giving it 2 stars because their branding is excellent, excellent enough to fools patrons into paying for junk food marketed as health food. I had to come in and check out the hype we ordered the Berry “acai bowl” they were out of fresh strawberries so we accepted changing them out for bananas as a topping, I asked if anything was organic here, the employee said “no, I don’t think so”..I then asked what acai they use, of course it was a sorbet but the girl had to double check to see.. I then asked which protein they use… generic whey was the answer I was given once the employee did some digging around.. so first off.. employees know nothing about their product they are serving. I still decided to order we took the employees suggesting it was a mango smoothie with house made cashew milk, which sounded good! Upon receiving the cup it was the consistency of a plant based milk, tastes like cashew milk with a hint of mango, pretty disappointed I tried my “acai” bowl, the presentation was pretty solid, but upon my first bite the mildly berry flavored colored ice was so bland, luckily the sugar covered granola offered some hint of sweetness. But unfortunately I was seeking healthy food not sugar granola and colored ice so along with the smoothie I tossed both items in the trash huge waste of $19.83. Don’t waste your time, don’t be fooled. Seek out organic spots that take pride in their product.

Smoothie was watered down

Good. I ordered through the app and my smoothie was ready by the time I arrived.

Awesome. I’d get a smoothie every day but the location literally across the street doesn’t participate in DoorDash. Paying an extra few bucks from mikes away is less than desirable. I’m on a wheelchair/bed bound so driving up there isn’t an easy thing. Otherwise awesome clean food like always! Love it!

It wasn’t great. The printer was out of paper and didn’t print my app order. They made them when I arrived. Unfortunately the smoothies didn’t taste like they should, weren’t blended well and had big chunks of ice with tiny pieces of ice throughout. This has happened multiple times so we usually don’t go here but was the closest one while we were out. We were given a coupon but don’t feel as though we could use it there again due to the inconsistency.

The orders always come out accurately but a majority of the staff do not acknowledge when you come in especially waiting for online orders. Sometimes it’s over five minutes and potentially your order is already ready in the fridge. Also one smoothie took 25 minutes when it wasn’t really busy with three employees there.

The girls at my local shop are always so welcoming and on it. Was rushing to work and happy to walk in and have my smoothie almost ready even having placed the order just a couple minutes prior.

Great Experience. Smoothies were exactly what we asked for. Staff was friendly.

The pb mocha protein smoothie is very inconsistent, it’s a hit or miss this needs to be fixed

It was fast, the person serving me was kind, the smoothie was well made. I personally feel that Nekter is a little on the pricier side but overall for what you get it’s worth the splurge.

It was great. Ordered from the app and smoothies were ready right when I arrived!
