I ordered through the app ahead of time because I was in a time crunch, but when I arrived, no one was there, no customers and no employees. When someone finally came out to help me, I told them I had an online order and she said she’d make it right now….so it takes 25 minutes to make a drink when you aren’t busy at all? Hmmmm…anyway, why do I pay extra for add-ons when I don’t get them in my drink? How do I know my add-ons are not in my drink? When I’ve ordered the same drink for years, and also have juiced it at home, then I know when it doesn’t have the ingredients I asked for. Anyway, Nekter ***** now. The customer service is nonexistent. The drinks are not anything special and are wrong most of the time. And, as long as it takes to get one at Nekter, I might as well get all the ingredients myself and make it myself for less. At least I know I would get it right every time.

The drink was over full and the lid popped off while taking it to my car. The employees said nothing when I walked in, they just stared at me and I had to say “hi” and that I was there for a mobile order. Then my drink was just handed to me without any “have a great day” . I just said thank you. It’s not a very welcoming experience.
