the chia seed pudding was not at all what it normally is. it was gray, not white i actually thought it was granola. threw it away. not the norm for this location but thought it was worth mentioning

Speed of service was good I placed an online order and went to collect. However the portions were very off. I had ordered the chia seed with granola, most of my cups were just granola, I asked if they would give me a little extra chia seed on the side would be ok, I then would deconstruct and build again at home. She then got a new box, as she had finished the other, probably the reason why my items were short, maybe she just didn’t want to get more product? The associate who served me never spoke a word, it was almost like she knew she was incorrect and she had been caught out. I was polite, asked for the extra with a smile, and tried to joke that is the best bit that was short, no reaction at all from her. The second person who brought the box of product to her, had no acknowledgment to me either, it was as if she knew my items were low, the assistant never asked for this product from her, it was brought without anyone conversing at all, it was all very weird, As a customer experience person myself, this is not how I would have handled the mistake.
Kind of made me feel like I was an inconvenience to their day.
