I had a pickup order and the employee was extremely nice and kind.
I ordered a bowl and my order was to add peanut butter inside. However, there was no peanut butter inside and it was an extra $1. I think it would help if in the app it requests a “scoop” instead of just peanut butter inside.

I’ve gotten the protein waffles three times in the past couple weeks. The first time was great and I really loved them! The second time I could tell the waffles were overcooked but they were bearable. Today they were almost black because of how overcooked they were. Not sure why there has been so much inconsistency.

The smoothies were really good, but almost $15 each. That’s pretty crazy for a family of four. The restaurant was very clean inside, and the ingredients seemed fresh. What needs a lot of work is the customer service. The girls barely acknowledged the customers and did not smile once. Nobody felt welcome there. We won’t be back.
