Seems like the amount of fruit at this location is very slim compared to others ive been to and leaving the bowls in the pick up section has them melting

My bowl was missing chia seed pudding!

Came here for an açaí bowl. I asked for gluten free granola since I have celiac disease and when I took it home and started eating it, I instantly knew it was not gluten free granola. Within 10 minutes I was throwing up and was a wreck for 3 days. Do not come here if you have food allergies because the teenagers who work there don’t give you the right thing. Will never come here again.

Really great place for refreshing acai bowls and various juices and smoothies.

The berry bowl was delicious and they had very friendly staff. No wait time at all.

The açaí bowls are good but the store is poorly run. When placing an order, you are ignored by the staff as they tend to online orders, but when you order online the pickup time is ridiculous. We waited over 30 minutes today for a single açaí bowl as the teenage staff were chatting with the other teenagers inside instead of tending to guests. Overall, food is good but really over priced and the service is poor.

I have frequented the Greenwood Village location countless times, and I just moved to highlands ranch with such excitement to find a Nekter right by us. Unfortunately not all Nekters are created equally. The last time, we were ignored by the staff for 10 minutes while they tended to online orders. Not even a “hold on I’ll be right with you.” The staff member taking our order, and preparing orders, had their mask down past their nose. Nobody was in front of us, and it took 40 minutes to get a smoothie and a bowl. Both times the health nut has been a let down in taste and texture. The worst customer service, public health, and taste that I’ve experienced at Nekter.

Highly recommend the mango Acai bowl.

I ordered today through the app and it said my order would be available at a certain time. It was finally ready about 20 minutes after what i told was told. It should not take twice the amount of time for my bowl to be made. When the lady finally brought out my bowl, there was no apology for having to wait or anything. This is not the first time that this has happened and I am really getting ready to look for a new place to go.

This place is always so consistently excellent. We drive from Parker once or twice a week for bowls. We love Nekter Juice Bar!

There's a sign to pick up mobile orders but every time I go, the order is not there. It's sitting on the counter. When I finally reached the counter, I got my order (energy bowl) and I asked for napkins and they had to give out other orders until I asked for napkins a 2nd time. Please put my order so I can grab and go and put napkins out too.

I love this place, super clean and friendly staff. I’d recommend the turmeric sunrise for the immunity boost, my husband loves the peanut butter açaí bowl....going to try the cleanse next!

I've given this place 2 tries now. Both times I've walked out with a smoothie that tastes like almond milk blended with ice and that's it. I think they've got issues with their blenders or are not freezing the fruit correctly because they seem to have to put so much almond milk in them and yet they're still jamming the stir paddle into the blender the entire time it's mixing trying to get it to blend. I guess next time I would try a bowl, but I probably won't be going again so as not to risk wasting another $8 for a watered down product.

Love Nekter and this new location is a beautiful, clean store. The owner and staff are very friendly and well trained. Place your order online ahead of time and avoid the wait time in line. It takes time to make Acai bowls, smoothies fresh so just know that’s the reason for a slight wait. So good and healthy!
