I love the product. It tastes amazing. The problem is that my gift card that is on the app doesn’t work. I am told over and over it will be fixed but it never is. I would like to order ahead of time because it takes on average 13 minutes to get one bowl made. This is when there are only 1-2 people in line. When there is a line I have waited 30 minutes from the time I ordered for my bowl. I can’t order ahead though because the app won’t accept my gift card. Please have I.T. fix this.

Was a bit of a wait, but got two smoothie bowls that tasted and looked sooo good, so it was worth it! Staff is really nice too!

This was my first time at a nektar. The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. The PB bowl I ordered was incredible. The fruit was perfectly ripe and everything tasted incredible. I rated my customer service as a 1 because there simply was no customer service. The young man working behind the counter did not even greet me. He never made eye contact or smiled. He simply took the order, told me the total, spun the screen around for me to sign and asked if I wanted a receipt. The two women making the product would place food down for people to pick up their order but they said the name so quietly that people are becoming confused and were taking orders that didn’t belong to them. No one hung around long enough to make sure they got the correct order or to thank them. It’s important to mention that there were only 4 customers in the store at the time. They were not busy. All in all the people working here had zero energy or life in them and it just didn’t really fit your business model. I will definitely return because of how fantastic the product is though.
