I like the smoothies and bowls but they are expensive.

Please publish estimated carbohydrate quantity on the website for each bowl.

When I walked in to pick up my online order, employees barely greeted me. Then I took my order and got home and it was made wrong. I specifically asked for no bananas or honey on top of the bowl and opened my bag to see honey and bananas on top. Then as I am eating, there is a huge chunk of banana that just wasn’t fully blended. Work just seemed very sloppy today.

Love my smoothies and bowls from Nekter. I’ve been ordering on line. They’ve always been ready when I arrive!

We love Nektar and your products. They're super yummy and pretty much always great. I would give a 10 for recommendations but the price is pretty high for some people that don't understand the cost it is for you to keep in business so it can be a deterrent for me for some friends. Our only qualm with you guys is our orders are very inconsistent with the finished product. We order the exact same thing every time, sometimes we'll get a nice portion of apple, then get barely any another time. This happens a lot, I just used apples as an example. It's also frustrating to receive a portion that barely fills half the bowl, or one side is lopsided to make it look full. I understand there's a 'fill line' that keeps void space between the top of the mixed good stuff and top of the container, but I'm not talking about the actual amount of mixed stuff sometimes. Most of the time we order multiple bowls and sometimes, not always, at least one bowl is way less than the others. I get it, organics can be tough to get exact, but as said, sometimes it's way inconsistent. Be well. That's our only

I love Nekter but my most recent visit was shakey. I ordered a bowl and 2 ginger shots curbside, I got my bowl on time then checked and didn’t have my shots, I called and they brought me out 1 shot and I had to let the girl know it was 2 shots and she had to run in an make me another shot.

My bowl was missing the layer of chia pudding, still delicious though just a little bummed bc of the up charge for it.

I like the açaí bowls but they are expensive unless you are running a promotion.

Always good at this location but this time the bananas were brown in my Açaí Banana Berry Bowl.

I place a order online for a bowl and asked for no granola, no coconut flakes and no pineapple on top and I got all 3. I called and let store know but I didn’t want to go back and wait for another one to be made so I took off when I got home. But plz attention to details of orders.

Great! I had an e-mail with a Buy one, get one half off, so ordered 2 Acai bowls to pick up the next morning. I see the time for 10:30. Walked in at 10:31 - my order was ready and still frozen. Just right!

I went into Nekter for the first time and walked in everyone was super nice and especial the girl named Bella who was working at the front. She greeted me wonderfully and the staff made my bowl super fast and it tasted wonderful. 10 /10 world recommend and would hit up again!!!

Wow! So delicious, and the owner there is super kind. Fruit was fresh, store and employees were all clean. Do yourself a favor and grab a bowl from Nekter! P.s. If Google tells you this place is inside Mod Pizza, it is not--it's across the parking lot. I can say you'll get weird looks if you walk in Mod and ask for the juice bar... 😂

Our store was about 10 minutes behind today, which was not a huge deal, but we added Greenie Up to our bowl and I don't believe that occurred since the color of the bowl didn't change with the greens add like it usually does.

The app is not inclusive enough in terms of customizations. For example, in the case of a mango bowl it is not possible to add extra pineapple on top.
