The açaí banana bowl we ordered was only half full, very little fruit or toppings on top. When paying almost $10 for a bowl it’s a little disappointing.

The superfood bowl is so unappetizing I threw it away. Looks like mud. I think you should add 15-20 min time to each "expected " online delivery time. Looked like ordered were being made "out of order"

I love the bowls but I am constantly shocked at how high the prices are! I would go here way more often if it didn't cost more than getting a huge burrito or sub sandwich!

I feel the acai bowls are little watery. Maybe add some more peanut butter or banana??
Overall good enough, but I don't like as much as other acai bowls I've had other places.

I did a mobile order and the app said 15 minutes. After 25 minutes I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes before my order of a single smoothie bowl would be ready. The store was very busy and the staff were working hard, but it was frustrating to have to wait nearly 40 minutes from the time the order was placed before receiving the one item in the order.

Order was scheduled to be ready at 9:57 am. It was not ready until 10:29 am. I sat in the store for 30 minutes waiting for my bowl to be completed. However, I feel great about the employees there and understand that sometimes a big rush happens.

The Acai Bowl has gotten worse and worse over the past few months. The bowl I picked up today has 1 small cut up strawberry, 7 blueberries, and a 1/4 of a banana on top which was hardly any fruit. The bowl used to have a lot more fruit on top and the last couple of times I've picked up it has gotten more and more sparse. I am going to stop ordering from Nektar due to quality. Other places like Playa Bowl load up the fruit on their bowls which is the way it should be.

The person behind the counter was very nice. I have been looking for an Acai bowl as the one I love is no longer available.
It was like a thin soup, not creamy at all. Had nice fruit. Was so big I put half away for the next day. The crunchy stuff had gone mushy and it was still soup and I couldn't eat it and threw the rest away.
The bowl was great, but it is expensive. I have a coupon card, but you can't use it with online order.
