I have always an amazing and above and beyond experience with Nekter Juice Bar!

Whenever I’m in town, this is my go-to spot for a specialty juice. The team is always kind, helpful, and consistently nails the order. I love this place. The quality and value are always spot-on. so grateful for NJB!! It's my key to staying healthy since I travel so much.

I ordered from this location 2 times and both times my specific juices were unavailable. I appreciate being given the choice to pick an alternative but am frustrated since the 2nd time I did a 2 day lead. Also, when I came in to the shop, I was ignored by the person working the counter who was engaging in small talk with some boys her own age, not actively serving them just chatting. I don't mind the chatting just would have appreciated a "hi, welcome in" or some acknowledgement.

I signed up for app and ordered a bowl. It said I should get a free smoothie or juice for doing this but nothing shows up in my app

Nekter is my favorite smoothie place by far, I don't think anything will change that! However, my particular experience at this location (Highlands Ranch, CO) wasn't the best. I ordered ahead and picked it up at the time it said (15 mins after ordering), and my smoothie was juice-consistency and not very cold. They don't keep their pickup orders in the fridge/freezer, but rather where the shots and snacks are, so they're basically sitting in room temp. Other locations I've been to keep them cold which I like, so I would hope this location could do that. My "smoothie" was good otherwise, but it's much better as an actual ice cold smoothie!

My wife and I did a 5 day classic cleanse. Overall it went well and we felt pretty good throughout. We had done 7 days of the GNC cleanse and clean eating leading up to it and that set us up for success. Overall the juices were a bit sweeter than I had hoped but this was my first juice cleanse. I think we will try it again in the future!

5 people working and it takes 30 minutes for a juice I never even got because I walked out. Why is there only one juicer at a juice bar??

Easy on line order and my juice was ready for pickup when I arrived!

Haven't tried the juice yet but I have high expectations!

The two men working this morning were so busy, so they weren’t able to acknowledge anyone coming in the door. But they are doing the best they can! I waited about 10 mins before being acknowledged. Juice is always great though !

Im not sure if this location makes the to go juice cleanses or if they are shipped to them but my sister and i just both bought a one day cleanse. All the juices were fine but when we got to the protein smoothie for the end of the night, they were both rancid. My sisters was completely fermenting in the bottle and was sizzling and bubbling over the top when she opened it. Mine did not do that so i took a drink of mine and it was definitely bad/ sour as well. This is extremely disappointing as we waited all day to try the ones with protein to be a bit more fulfilled for the night just for them to be bad. Again, if this does not reflect on this exact location they can pass the message on. These detox drinks are not cheap.

My experience was good; however, no instructions were included with my juice cleanse and the bottles were not numbered in the order they were to be consumed.

Ordering online is easy. The juice was executed perfectly. As good as I make them at home. These things are pricey so I do expect perfection. Tough customer, yes but 15 bucks with a tip for a greenie, extra lemon, sub green apple, no ice. Yeah. It best be perfect and this was.
