Customer service depends on who is working but most of the workings are very kinda and welcoming. Smoothies and bowl always come out fantastic and love that I can rely on the ingredients put into them.

This is the best smoothie and bowl place in HR! Our family goes here all the time. Its the best nutrition/sugar option for the taste, and weve tried them all. Because everything is made to order there is always a line. Good things come to those who wait :)

I set up a pickup time. I got there 3 minutes late. My smoothie bowls were already melted. Or else they were never very cold. I love the bowls for lunch but it’s kind of hit or miss when getting pickup or delivery. And for the price it’s a bit disappointing to not enjoy the food.

My order was stolen multiple times from this location, same order. Same day. Door dash support tried to get a refund or my order remade. Staff refused. Canceled my order refused to refund me, door dash has reported this business and said they will be removing them from the app since this is not the first or second or third time this has happened. Staff was horribly rude to not only myself but the driver and the support team. I am so disappointed and terrible business practices. I can go through reviews myself and see this is an on going issue. How can you allow your staff to not only let someone else steal (which i don't believe that happened, driver was in business no one came in while he was there but told by Staff order was taken?) How can an order get picked up if no humans entered said business I digress, lied to. Told zero refund and would not make the order. Even support told me they were so rude he was reporting them and moving forward with removing them from the app hopefully it happens before soneone else loses 40 dollars in smoothies. Mind you recovering from cancer. Smoothies is all I can stomach sometimes for my meals. DO NOT go to this business, or you will get stolen from and zero accountability and zero refund.

Kaleo, Please call me directly to discuss as this is not what happened on our end. My staff reported this to me as soon as multiple dashers came in for the order after it was picked up. They explained to the dashers that it was already picked. I was on the phone two separate times with doordash to get to the bottom of this and to ensure you received your refunds as the driver did pick up the original order but according to Doordash, could not deliver it. No other explanation was given. We were told to remake the order and my staff specifically asked for the name of the dasher assigned, so they could ensure it was handed directly to her. They were told Justice was picking it up. The order was remade at 4:01 but never picked up. I called Doordash again at 4:30 to report it was not picked up and they said they would refund you. This DOES NOT happen often, and when it does, I always call and make sure my customers and refunded and told what happened. So again, please call me at 720-232-8113 to discuss.
They were very under staffed today 3/26, the girls working were trying their best but were very behind. There were only 3 people waiting for their orders and it took 10 minutes for us to even order and then an additional 10 to get our smoothies. I understand being understaffed but this was crazy and not fair to the employees. They need more staff, in addition to this the counters and work surfaces were filthy and the employees were not washing their hands or changing their gloves at all in between washing items and touching food. We come here often so this was dissapointing
