I love Nektar and frequent your location (Highlands Ranch). I had ordered ahead and my smoothie hadn't been made yet so I had to wait a bit longer than I intended. I ended up a few minutes late for an appointment but the girls working were nice and moved quickly.

So easy to order and the smoothie was so good. I look forward to enjoying another.

I order online because you are often busy. My order is always ready and waiting for me in the cooler when I arrive. I still am greeted by those working. My smoothies are always delicious. I love Nektar because of the quality and the available options, especially dairy free. Pb cold brew smoothie is the best!

I signed up for app and ordered a bowl. It said I should get a free smoothie or juice for doing this but nothing shows up in my app

I regularly order online for pickup. I placed an order at 3:05pm and did not even get it until 3:35pm. That was 5 minutes late. As I was waiting (starting at 3:28pm) I saw three customers walk in, order the same thing I did and walk out with their bowl before mine was ready. This was a shaking head moment as my smoothie bowls took less than a pizza at Perry’s (made from scratch). Although both smoothie bowls were the same price, one of my bowls has close to half the amount of smoothie in it.

Nekter is my favorite smoothie place by far, I don't think anything will change that! However, my particular experience at this location (Highlands Ranch, CO) wasn't the best. I ordered ahead and picked it up at the time it said (15 mins after ordering), and my smoothie was juice-consistency and not very cold. They don't keep their pickup orders in the fridge/freezer, but rather where the shots and snacks are, so they're basically sitting in room temp. Other locations I've been to keep them cold which I like, so I would hope this location could do that. My "smoothie" was good otherwise, but it's much better as an actual ice cold smoothie!

Smoothie was amazing. Just had a long wait and I was in a rush. Thank you!

Staff and service is excellent. The cost is a little pricy for a smoothie.

Tasty smoothies great service

This was my first experience at Nekter and honestly was too impressed. Didn't seem too busy and it took about 15mins to get my smoothie. Pricing is high but seems to be in line with other smoothie places. Didn't have much interaction with the staff so nothing positive or negative. The wait or price weren't my main issue, my issue was the quality of the smoothie, it was bland and watery.

It was fast, the smoothies are always good. I did a pick up order.

Awesome smoothie

We've been long time customers to this location, mostly it's great, sometimes a few inconsistancies in portioning on the bowls, but great otherwise. My one HUGE issue is, my son enjoys the Peanut Butter Chocolate smoothie, it's all he orders from you, and the peanut butter swirl on the side is pointless and wasteful as it's not easily edible at all. It's impossible to enjoy and we end up having to throw the cup out with a good amount of PB smeared on the side. There's not an option on the app, that we've seen anyway, that allows to request the PB to be blended in the smoothie. If you could get that as an option it would be greatly appreciated.

Im not sure if this location makes the to go juice cleanses or if they are shipped to them but my sister and i just both bought a one day cleanse. All the juices were fine but when we got to the protein smoothie for the end of the night, they were both rancid. My sisters was completely fermenting in the bottle and was sizzling and bubbling over the top when she opened it. Mine did not do that so i took a drink of mine and it was definitely bad/ sour as well. This is extremely disappointing as we waited all day to try the ones with protein to be a bit more fulfilled for the night just for them to be bad. Again, if this does not reflect on this exact location they can pass the message on. These detox drinks are not cheap.
