This store is ridiculous. I sat waiting for something I ordered for 20 minutes, finally went up to the register to discover they somehow lost my order. They then proceeded to sit there and do absolutely nothing about it until I basically just asked them to please make me what I ordered. Not sure why that was so complicated for them.

The service was slow today, which is unusual for Nektar. There was no one at the counter or register when I arrived to pick up my pre-order. I had to wait about three to five minutes overall.

I order the Pineapple Matcha all the time. The one I got today tasted nothing like the ones I have had in the past. I did not taste any pineapple in it. It was foamy and just nasty. Not sure what I received really!
