I do love Nekter! I always get the superfood açaí bowl…every.time. It’s my favorite, the calories are right and it’s delish to also have greens in it.
My biggest complaint is that the bowls are not consistent. One day the bowl is half full, the next day it may be 3/4 full or all the way full. Sometimes it is more green; sometimes it is purple. Sometimes it is sweet, sometimes it isn’t that sweet. My biggest complaint is that the bowl should ALWAYS be full because after the bowl (sometimes protein) and the tip, it’s 13$-15$. That is so much for half a bow of soupy fruit. (Which is not always my experience but was today)
Overall, I still love your bowls and want to continue to come here, but I do eat here less because of the inconsistency in amount I receive for my money.

This was my second visit to Nekter. The counter staff were pleasant and the products were enjoyable. On my first recent visit, there was a lady sitting near the door who appeared to be working, possibly a store owner or manager? She was very unfriendly and seemed to be watching me while I waited for the items to be prepared. She looked very displeased and unhappy. It was awkward and I felt very uncomfortable. I was very puzzled and considered not returning. Her demeanor was very inappropriate in what should be perceived as a welcoming environment, whether she was an owner/manager or a customer. It seems likely she was an owner/manager due to the prominent space she occupied. It was just a very uncomfortable situation. She did not attempt conversation. She was not present at my second visit.
