I ordered on the app which was very nice but when I got in the store (15 mins after placing the order) it was an additional 20 minutes before I got my drink and people who ordered in the store got their food before me which I’m not sure if that’s protocol or not but it was a little frustrating to see people who had been there for maybe 5 minutes get their items first while I had been waiting for 10+ minutes

They forgot a topping on my to go order and it wasn’t noticed until I was home. It was $1 extra. No biggie but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I ordered my bowl to pick up with curbside and waited for a few minutes and no one came out. I decided to go in and it was still a few minutes until someone was able to come and help me. It was not a big deal but I had kids in the car that were anxious to get home to eat their meal and I was hoping for a quick transaction.
