acai was too watery

Gave me the wrong bowl:(

Love Nekter and all your healthy offerings especially the açaíi bowls. Just purchased the one day cleanse but have not yet started it.

This was my first time and it was not a good experience. I ordered from the app because I only had a little bit of time for my lunch break to come pick up my order. I get to Nekter and my order was not even ready. The lady was confused when I told her my name for the mobile order I had placed. She then went to the ticket printer and pulled the ticket order. Then said she still had to make it. I arrived 10 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick up time. Then I was informed they needed to pull frozen strawberries from the load. And then I was told they didn't have peanut butter but if I wanted the salty kind. Then they didn't have lids so she had to put some other lid on top with tape. I get supplies may be low. The reaction I received about my order and it not even be starting was not good customer service. I am hoping to give it one more try because I hear it is amazing and I really did enjoy my bowl. But my first experience was not a good one with the customer service.

I place many orders I love my peanut butter bowls. This same last order I didn't receive my peanut butter bowl we recieved two Immunity bowls...at home I added xtra peanut butter inside myself. First mistake so I'm ok with it!

I stood in the pick up area due to ordering online. I had 3 employees look at me and not ask me if I needed anything. They basically ignored me. They were busy but that has never happened before at this location. I had to wait for the blender to go off and say “I have a pick up”. Then I was helped. Also, the turmeric shot had sediment on the bottom of the cup. Not sure how long they can be made agead and kept in fridge but it wasn’t fresh. And the Açaí bowl was not filled completely. I can send pictures if you would like.

Better customer service than my last visit. My order wasn’t ready on time, but my bowl was full and very fresh.

Staff was friendly and very busy. I ordered my bowl on line and still waited 10 minutes when I got to the store. At least it was freshly made when I received it and very yummy!

Everything was very tasty, however one of the bowls didn’t seem full.

Hi, I have never received a bowl within the 21 minute time frame you guarantee. I usually wait for about 30 and then leave my house. I suggest to update the time frame expectations for customers. There are usually people waiting, not looking very happy and the employees often seem stressed.

Very disappointed I did not receive açaí in my bowl and it was substituted for ground pineapple instead. If it wasn’t available it should not have been an option to order on the app

Quick service! I was able to place my mobile order and get my açaí bowl very quickly. This was helpful because I was on a time crunch. Will definitely be back a again!

I ordered a protein bowl split, but was given two cup sizes instead of two bowls. There was hardly any fruit or granola on the açaí mic as it was in a small cup.

It took them 39 minutes to make a smoothie bowl. There was one only one other customer. They did give me a free smoothie for the wait.

Rrally enjoy your bowls and smoothies. Couldn’t really taste the acai in the peanut butter acai bowl but still good just maybe described wrong it was light pink like strawberries no dark purple…
