The smoothie was delicious, and ordering in the app was easy. When I arrived at the store, one employee was waiting for a customer to tell her an order. Though the employee did not seem to be actively engaged with that customer, she did not greet me. I was unsure where to pick up my item, and eventually guessed at the counter near the back of the store. Though the first employee saw me looking confused and walking back there, she did not seem to be concerned or to notify anyone else. Someone did appear at the counter fairly quickly, though, and she got my smoothie quickly. She was efficient but not overly welcoming or friendly. I love the smoothies and bowls, but am not overly impressed with the staff at this location. This was my only time visiting there, so I will withhold judgement until I've visited again.

Bowls are very good but often when I customize and add on anything, they are forgotten and I paid extra for nothing.

WORSE “Acaí bowls” we ever had!!! It was more like a shake with fruit toppings and a very very small handful of granola, taste was sour, very sour.
I kindly asked for more honey and she told me “Just to let you know we are closed” it was not 6:00 yet!!! I wish I replied “just to let you know your emo attitude is rude and your customer service suck as much as your acaí bowl! But I controlled my self and walk out… I’LL KEEP DRIVING 30 MINUTES TO BERRY DIVINE… btw jamba bowls are BETTER THAN THIS THING!

I ordered a bowl on 1/5 and the bowl did not come with granola on it. I did not realize it until I got home and opened it. This was a mobile order and quick in store pickup. Very disappointed that it did not have granola on it like it should have.

The temporary white spoons are so weak and flimsy they’re terrible.
and my bowl was missing the cacao nibs, hemp and chia seeds. Those the best part of the bowl. Super dissapointing.
