I always place my order for pick up. It's ready in 20 min. Customer service 🙏 welcoming is always pleasant. These bowls last two days for me! I just wish it was all organic. I love this Nekter juice bar!

My order wasn’t complete I didn’t receive one item my bowl were not as ordered

I came in and asked if I needed to order on the app to receive the buy one get one free bowl deal. An employee confirmed. So I ordered right there on the app and waited with my kids. And kept waiting. We waited 15-20 minutes. Finally I went up to the counter and asked for the progress on my bowl. The employee printed out a couple receipts and then said she would go get it from the fridge. I asked if next time I would need to ask for it if I ordered on the app. She said yes. It was my first time ordering on the app, so I didn't know that. It was a little frustrating that I waited so long even after she saw me there and answered my question. At least I know for future app orders so I won't be waiting so long.

I hope you really love granola if you go to this location. My bowl was 75% granola with a little bit of smoothie and fruit. Personally a waste of my money. I would of been better off going to the store and buying a bag of granola!

Bowl was below average the consistency was off it was too watery and left a lot of empty space at the top

employee didn’t have my order information until i had to manually give it to her. location also didn’t have half of the things i ordered, charging me extra. and when they did have some of the things, some of it wasn’t even put into my açaí bowl.

Bowl presentation was not as expected. Quality of fruit was not as good as usual.

The smoothie bowl was delicious and ready when i got there! The customer service was also great.

Love Nekter!! Bring back the Immunity Bowl

The store was out of everything. I ordered ahead and arrive to my bowl but out of the greenie ingredients I ordered. No compensation. No notification on the app. Just take my money and when I get there give me a substitution that works for you. I was on limited time so there you have it. Not life or death but not how I would do business.

A little upsetting. Ordered 2 things from here a green smoothie and a smoothie bowl. When I got the smoothie bowl it was rotten fruit on top of it, literally the strawberry was slimy and smelled rotten. The bananas smelled bad too. I did not think it was a big deal so just went back and asked for it to be corrected. The girl literally just took off “the strawberry”. Kept the other stuff on and gave me a side strawberry. What in the world. I didn’t bother to correct them a 3rd time. That’s ridiculous. Even a McDonald’s drive thru would have given fresh food. Writing this review in the parking lot as we speak.

This is an improvement from past visits at this location and my almond butter bowl tasted great and was visually pleasing.

Speedy service and tasty bowl
