My wife convinced me to try this place. A coworker and her love the smoothie bowls. I tried the açaí banana berry bowl and it was amazing! To be honest the blended portion isn’t strong in flavor but once you mix it with everything else its amazing. I highly recommend!
Update: came here Sunday 9/3/23. My wife ordered two of the banana berry bowls. I asked her to add apple to mine. I got the order and it had literally less than a small slice of apple in it. I was charged $1.50 for this. It wasn’t even a bites worth. So I brought it up to the front to ask if I could have more apple and the girl was rude and asked If I wanted it taken out. I said no I’d like $1.50 worth of apple or a refund of the $1.50. She came back with the same amount she put in there the first time and rudely smashed it into my bowl and walked away. Customer service is usually pretty good here but I’m not sure I want to come back to this location. I highly recommend not adding extra fruit.
I ordered a 24 oz orange crush and they gave me a 16 ox yesterday I ordered and açaí bowl with pineapple added to the top but they mixed in. The consistency of things not being made the way they are paid for continues to get worse and worse. Also the wait times are always 10-20 minutes longer than what the app says when I order ahead.

I placed an online order and one was wrong. I asked for no coconut flakes on top and it had a lot on top. I was so bummed and didn’t have time to go back. I had ordered 2 bowls and the 2nd one was right.

Staff is nice and efficient if you go inside. Online ordering is terrible. On 3 separate occasions I ordered delivery. I added additional toppings to my Acai bowl, which I paid for, and the additional toppings were not provided all 3x. It's very frustrating to pay for something and then not receive it.
Not good employee didn’t care about presentation of bowl and you shouldn’t offer extra stuff for the bowls if it’s going to be an issue putting them on
