My last protein bowl I ordered was wrong, you guys never emailed me back about it. I told the employee about it this time when I went in to order some bowls and she literally didn’t care at all.

My bowl was fabulous and delicious! I love the portions definitely worth the price for all that comes in a bowl!

Second time my order has been missing the almond butter on top of bowl (which I paid extra for).

Went this evening. Got there 25 minutes before closing. Decided to eat our bowls there. At 5:55 the light went off and we were asked to leave because "they close at 6". I get that but we were more than halfway finished and asked if we could just stay the 5 minutes and finish. We were told no. I made a comment "wow I've never been kicked out while I was trying to eat" the girl was very rude and said "ya, well this isn't a restaurant either". I was baffled. My bowl was delicious but it was trumped by the horrible customer service. I get that you are closing, but at least say something like "we're closing soon and you will need to finish up or enjoy the rest at home"....anything would have been more acceptable than that. Will never return.

My protein bowl was not in the refrigerator so when I picked it up it was hot and frothy ( yuk)

I love the berry açaí bowls!!

used to love this place and was my go-to for açaí bowls. i came in today and the açaí bowl place was out of açaí! so i asked for pitaya base,,, i did not get that. i asked for almond butter and agave on top and had no agave and a small scoop of almond butter. when i asked for more almond butter i was scoffed at and given the tiniest scoop. i will not be coming back.

The new app is driving me nuts but otherwise I love the bowls. Just need to fix the app so I can actually create an account again.

The 5 for customer service was because when I ordered a peanut butter bowl, the person taking the order did not confirm which peanut butter bowl I wanted. I was ordering for another person and wasn't aware there were 2 different bowls with peanut butter in its name. The employee made the choice of which bowl and unfortunately, it was the wrong one. I have been to this location 4 times and each time, the employees are never overly friendly. It is a different experience than the location in North Peoria where the employees are friendlier and smile more. No complaints with the quality of the food.

Great spot for juices and açaí bowls. Their portion are very big and delicious
