I used the app to place my order, by the time I got there I was greeted with a smile and my order was ready so I was able to get back to work from my lunch and enjoy my bowl with was amazing

It was great. Easy to order online and so quick to pick up! Staff was friendly and the bowls themselves were so good!

I was happy my acai bowl was not melted.

Overall I love near as it is one of the two only fresh açaí places close to me and when eating out I stick with getting an acai, I had never been to this location, I ordered agead out in the car as I make quite a few changes due to dietary restrictions for health reasons, no cashew milk, granola, agave, bananas, or animal products. There was no one else in the restaurant and we ordered online but it still did take a while. We did get a bag for our order though with a spoon and napkin which I don’t usually get when picking up. Overall I do wish there was more in depth to the menu (is there added sugar in the jelly or coconut whip (another thing I cannot have), is the Greek yogurt dairy or vegan, etc.) I also wish there was more vegan options like vegan collagen for the new items. And I love the fresh made ginger lemon shots I get one every time! But love near so much!

Friendly, approachable, answered questions about new menu items. Personalized smoothie bowl when out of raspberries. Great recommendations! And truthful about the blue cashew drizzle not being favorite--adding it on the side to try.

Bowl was made correctly. Much appreciated. Very poor customer service. Every employee is on their phone. I was really hoping to grab and go. That's the reason for online order. Employee called out "dragonfruit bowl". My daughter proceeds to retrieve bowl. The employee sets bowl down, never acknowledging anyone. Another customer walks up behind my daughter and says, "That's my order". We all look at the employee. Employee asked "who has the online order." I answered that we did. The other customer has a poor attitude as if we were the ones confused, and the employee just says, "then it's yours". A retraining is in order.

I love Nectar bowls and smoothies. I'm usually there at least twice a week.

The staff was very kind. The bowl however tasted like it wasn’t ripe. The açaí did not taste right.

Everything is great one of my favorite places to go and get a bowl still miss the scoops of peanut butter instead of the drizzle that’s used now but overall best place for me

great tasting smoothies. the only one that people didn't drink was the açai smoothie. I don't think it was because of the taste it was the color is very dark almost black and doesn't look very appealing.

The last two of three times I have been, at this location, has been great. Prior to that, I had some smoothies/acai bowls that were not fully blended and was chunky so i stopped visiting this location. I am back now.

I love nekter you do an amazing job. the bowls are always very tasty and fresh.
