Order was ready quickly and the bowls tasted great however, I ordered an add on that was not included in my bowl. I had already driven home before I noticed.

i paid to add on coconut yogurt on the app which i was not given or told they didn’t have and when i called i was informed that they do not have it and i could come in and get a free bowl and when i went in i was told that couldn’t happen.

I had quite a large order, 18 smoothies and 18 bowls. My Klein said every single smoothie had a chemical taste.
They threw every single one out, I called the restaurant to let them know as to make sure this wasn’t happening with other orders. The most I receive was an apology.
I have to imagine this was the first order of the day, some assumption is that Mixtures had not been properly rinsed out.

Wear hair nets if you can't keep that under control....Gross.... I first experienced the downtown Nekter location and was amazing....first time i went to this location was today, and a huge disappointment it was...Keep a look out for hair
