The bowls are great. However I’ve ordered shots a few times now and the amount given is quite inconsistent. For example, yesterday I ordered two shots of ginger lemon grass on the app and when I got to the store and pick them up and got in my car one was half full and the other was less than half full. I feel like it should be half full or more for the amount of money you pay.

I had Nekter for the first time yesterday. It was so delicious I decided to get it again today, but customized my online order a little bit. I got the berry açaí bowl, but requested no blueberries, and pineapple to be added. There were still blueberries in my bowl, and no pineapple. I also ordered (and paid for) extra granola, but it wasn’t present in my bowl. For the price I pay for the product (rightfully so, because it’s fresh and delicious), I hope that my order is correct. Unfortunately that was not the case today.

Great, my bowl was ready. Employees were working on smoothies when I walked up; I think they should always say “I’ll be right with you” especially when they see you. But, it was just a few minutes and they acknowledged me.

Quite often, this location is closed to ordering online even though the store is open. Also I have received my bowls without several of the ingredients it is supposed to come with. There is no heads up with this when you order online. Today all the ingredients were there and it tasted great and the crew was friendly.

I love your bowls but this location does not answer phones, can't place order on line sometimes. Service is good once you get there.

I usually order the bowls. Sometimes the bowl is filled nicely and other times not so much, sometimes the filling is about 1/2 the bowl and then there's a lot of granola and toppings while other times the bowl is about 2/3 or 3/4 full and the toppings are fine on top. Not always consistent. One time I watched the person making my bowl and saw the blended product fill the bowl barely halfway and the rest of the product tossed out. It was almost like filling the bowl to split the bowl but I never order a split.

Please train staff to call names rather than orders. Every time I stop in and they call an order like 4 people walk up. I don’t know what I order half the time but I remember my name.
Also friendliness, very rarely do I see smiles and excitement which would really increase my rating if I just got a go smile and eye contact.
Always good bowls though
