I was disappointed because I ordered and paid for a bowl with almond butter, chia seeds and pea protein. The bowl did not have almond butter or chia seeds. I'm not sure whether the pea protein was included but doubt it was since the other 2 were missed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize what was missing until I left then didn't have time to return.

My banana berry bowl has no bananas and doesn’t taste like there’s extra agave or peanut butter inside it either….
Don’t bother if you’re going to give me free peanut butter on my next order that’s not enough. How do you call it banana berry and forget the banana?!?!
I ordered my smoothie and within 8 minutes of ordering my order was already waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. Super fast, super easy and highly recommend them. Also very nice & friendly staff members

There was only 1 employee working and she was working on like 6 orders or more by herself. I understand that she took 15 minutes to finish my order since she was very busy with so many orders. However, I didn’t like that the employee didn’t take a close look at my order stating that I didn’t want pineapple on top but she still put pineapple on top. It makes me question if she added the whey protein that I paid extra for. I would suggest hiring more employees and also for the employees to pay more attention to the orders. I like Nektar but for the price, I expected better. I’m not sure if I will shop again.
