Fast, friendly and attentive service. I placed an online order. My order was suppose to be ready by 4:30pm. I was greeted by a gentleman with a smile. He said we will make your order right away. I got there at 4:25 and they made my order by 4:33.

I am not a fan of the app, and being thats the only way to get pts, why cant i just use a phone number? Also i feel bad for the girls that work here, they are always understaffed and looked stressed out. Rarely do I see more than one girl at a time.

Speed of service and customer service were great.
However, I tried my Buzz juice after leaving and something tasted a bit off. This is my go to order at Nekter, so I’m not sure if one of the ingredients wasn’t as fresh as it should be, but the taste was different

I think the girl was new because she seemed to be struggling. But my peanut butter bowl had a lot of hard pieces in it. I was scared to break my teeth and it just didn't seem like it was made correctly.
