I ordered thru my app. I thought Id have to wait the 20 min but when I got there it was ready. We ordered the Popeye açaí and its usually inconsistent, but this time it was good.

Drink not made correctly. Specified no Ginger. Got açaí bowl with old bananas. Girl working didn’t seem like she wanted to be there.

Everything went well from an ordering perspective, however both bowls tasted as if the peanut butter was left out. They tasted just kind of like bland fruit.

My order was incorrect, I paid for the Acai Super Bowl but I only got a regular açaí bowl with no extra toppings. This is unacceptable.

Love it. The girl (new face to me) was just as nice as other employees. The bowl was filled up as well! Even though the price increases, I am still happy as long as the quality and quantity justify the price.

Ordered 2 bowls. One was full and ready when we arrived. The 2nd bowl was forgotten. The gal quickly made it. Both Bowls consistency were watery. One of them had a large frozen chunk of açaí still frozen inside. Not the best this time.

I was able to pick up my order under 1 minute on a Saturaday 10:30am which can be a peak hour sometimes. The bowl was filled all the way up to the top so I am very happy even there is a price increase! Everything costs more nowadays so it is understandable.

I am in the area once every two weeks and always look forward to ordering the Protein Pwer bowl and the Greenie juice drink with beets added. The employees at the Chino Hills location are always kind and will accommodate my special requests.

Pickup order. It was ready on time. But there were no bags to carries my bowls in. Otherwise everything was great.

The immunity bowl wasn’t made correctly. From the photo shown it includes vanilla chia layer but it was made without it and the cup was 2/3 full. This was my third time with the same issue when I ordered immunity bowl, one time on açaís bowl - with missing items! The juices orders are good and consistent every time though. Thx!

Made the wrong bowl with peanut butter, did not order peanut butter. Half the bowl was granola.

Food was sloppily prepared. Acai bowl was tasteless.

I order a Peanut Butter Acai bowl but there was no peanut butter in the bowl.

My $11 bowl is filled up to the top. I am happy!!!!!

I am extremely pleased with my experience so far at Nekter. I really enjoy what this awesome place has to offer! Great customer service and most importantly great juices and acai bowls! Place has become very addicting. :D
