Excellent all around. The bowl was filled as it should be. No shortage in a acai or fruits, unlike many other places. I was running late and they kept my bowl cold until I picked it up. More importantly, it was ready when I arrived for pick up. No waiting in line. Quick in and out the door.

My açaí berry banana bowl was only less then half way filled. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location and when ordering online. The first time I send a complaint and even a picture and not one person in your corporate office answered back. I paid almost $10 for my bowl and I would think it would be full. Very disappointed!

Fruit was not fresh in açaí bowl and was old. Did not taste good and was unable to finish.

Paid wayyyy too much for a lackluster agave bowl.

Smoothies and bowls are always perfect! Friendly staff and never wait long for items. The app works great too.

My bowl could have been a little more frozen…it was runny

Nectar is my go to for delicious bowls. Today unfortunately not as good in the consistency. Both bowls were runny not thick enough to eat with a spoon for more than the first couple of bites. Flavors were still there just I'm thinking overly blended. I'll definitely check next time before leaving the store.

We ordered 3 açaí peanut butter bowls and they definitely did not have any peanut butter in them. This is the second time this has happened which is a bummer, as the peanut butter is what makes the bowl. Not sure if there’s a way to help the employees slow down and make sure they aren’t missing any ingredients, but worth considering. Other than that I would say the entire process was smooth and employees were friendly.

I haven’t been happy with the chino hills location. Today the smoothie and my bowl were both watery. From order to pick up was only about 15 minutes but I noticed right away when they took the smoothie out of the fridge that it was separated and all watery and the bowl was like soup…I have picked up both these items at the San Dimas location in the same amount of time and they are still cold and thick. Disappointed in paying $7+ for poor tasting “orange juice”. Unfortunately since this is the nearest location to me now I most likely won’t be back.

Not the best açaí bowl

My bowls were not good. They were missing items.

I ordered two açaí bowls, 1 smoothie. Açaí bowls were great, however I ordered granola on the side for both and did not receive the granola on either bowl.

The experience was fast, but there was some mistakes for both my bowls. One of my bowls was missing fruit and only had strawberries and granola while the other one wasn’t fully blended all the way.

Nice selection of smoothies and bowls, enjoyed a protein smoothie and acai bowl, store was clean and order was processed quickly

Quality of bowls has lacked for sure. My daughter had "yellow" strawberry in her banana berry bowl. You would have to be color blind to see it wasnt red. I took a picture of it. The Chino Hills location needs a little quality control guidance. The other 4 bowls were fine.
