Love this place! But they need to get their bags and drink carriers back! Had to carry out 8 ginger shots 2 smoothies and 2 juices! Not okay ppl

Not greeted or acknowledged when walking in. I usually order online and I have to wait a few minutes before someone even acknowledges me, kids annoying that it happens every time. The workers are usually busy so you don’t even know when you will be getting your order. I order online for an easy in and out service but that’s never the case. Also, sometimes the online orders take way too long to be fulfilled. This location definitely needs to improve on customer service.

Please include spoons and napkins in online Togo orders if they aren’t going to be available at the counter for us to get ourselves. Other than that I love this place

I want to say that the lady who made my bowls was wonderful. That being said, a lady who was sitting at a table, walked behind the counter and proceeded to make her own bowl. She used her bare hands to scoop fruit and even popped a few blueberries and strawberries into her mouth. She touched the counters and put those hands into the containers to grab fruit. I was disgusted and after she left I spoke with the lady making my bowls. She told me this woman had been the owners wife. I told her that I was disgusted by what she did. She went to the back to get fresh ingredients to use for my bowls. I feel this is wrong, gross, irresponsible not just because of COVID but in general. It’s just not right. I would have walked out of this establishment if I hadn’t already paid. The lady working there was very understanding and super nice and professional about it. At least they hire professional people. Of course I have my doubts how things are handled in the back where we can’t see.

There have been a few times now that we’ve ordered extra of something on top of our bowls and it’s been left off. When we order extra things and are charged for it, I think it’s important to triple check orders.

Great product and it was finished early. Customer service was just "ok," they barely acknowledged me when I came in, weren't friendly and there were no other customers so it wasn't like they were too busy to say hello or thank you or have a nice day.
