I suggest ordering ahead of time so you don’t have to wait . Sometimes the wait times are too long but this visit I ordered ahead and it was ready when I arrived

I've been going to the Nektar jn Eastvale since jt opened. My only concern is that customer service is NOT a priority at this location. The employees as a whole lack friendliness and a positive attitude. Fortunately I order online and quickly pick up so my interaction with your employees is kept at a minimum. Speed of service is always great though

Customer service was good, but this is the 2nd time I've had an issue where the number of cleanses that I ordered not being given to me correctly. I ordered two 2 day cleanses...which would equal 4 bags. When I went to pick up I was given 1 two day cleanse...2 bags only. It was fixed right away, but last time which was my first time ordering several days worth for 2 people, this same thing happened and I was shorted. Again it was fixed after I had to come back to the store, but they made me feel like I was lying or that I didn't know how to count.

It’s 1:04 right now and no one knew that I put the order in and it was not ready for pick up, what’s the point of ordering online… bad service with a bunch of young kids who didn’t give good service. They should at least double check before playing dumb
