I asked for agave on top but there wasn’t any so I didn’t have a good experience

Overall I like this location however I notice that the smoothie I order taste too sweet sometimes so I'm not sure if the staff really pays attention to what's being ordered. I order my smoothie without the agave always however its has been very sweet at times. I would hate to have to go back and ask for it to be made again.

my order was supposed to be ready at a certain time but i didn’t receive it until 15 min later. i usually don’t mind waiting but someone who got there and didn’t place a mobil order got their order before me. when i told the girl i had a pick up, she seemed bothered and told me “we’re still working on it” with attitude.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my two bowls and 1 smoothie even though I ordered ahead. There was nothing wrong with the worker. It’s just that she was the only one and so we ended up having to wait almost an hour.

Lately, when I come my orders have been messed up. Today they forgot to put peanut butter on both bowls, and racetracks granola. The PB health but did not have extra cacao. Two weeks ago my celery juice was brown and tasted like carrots. Just been poor service at this location, the chino hills location has better customer service and the orders are always on point!
