Fast service. Is it possible to keep the juices refrigerated until they get picked up?

Loved the parfait bar and the probiotic greens cold pressed juice.Ambience is great.

One of the worst customer service interaction I’ve had from any of the employees in this location. I just started going there and today was the worst experience !!!!! Employee seemed annoyed and not aware of the promotions posted, there was a sign that has a promotion for 4 juice bottles and she was unaware blamed manager for not advising her of the promotions. Not a good morning or a thank you from her or did not even give me my receipt. As a customer service manager myself I know it could be challenging to hire good staff but I would rather have nobody than this employee!!! Such a shame will definitely avoid going back when that employee is there. I did not get her name but she is Asian maybe train her better

Great tasting natural juices, easy to order in the app, y'all are open earlier than other places

It was very easy to pick up. The staff was friendly. The juice was made perfectly. It tasted very good and fresh.

Nekter always provides top tier juices and smoothies. Unfortunately the rep that I dealt with this morning always has bad energy. That’s the only negative experience I always seem to have at this location. All other employees are nice. Other than that I love this store.

The worker had poor customer service skills and wasn’t friendly at all! She didn’t greet me and when I asked for recommendations, she rushed through it as if she was in a hurry, but I was the only customer in the store. She added a banana to my drink, once she started pouring my drink into the cup, the full piece of banana dropped into my cup, she scooped it out with a spatula because it didn’t blend all the way and threw it in the trash. Next time I’ll be going to Juice It Up.

Me and my family loves Nektor juice and power bowls . Just had my knee surgery and wanted to have something to sooth my stomach and body. Nekter was the best place. Thank you

The wrong drink was made. I asked for Apple detox extra lemon and extra ginger. Received apple and lemon juice.

Great. you open earlier than Juice It Up!, which is great for us early birds. You also provide your full availability of juices on your website/app unlike places like Jamba Juice, which also open early, but don’t have their entire juices listed online as far as I can tell.

Very slow service unfortunately. Paid for a large juice but got the contents of a medium juice with 35% of it being foam.

Really good healthy meals and juices, I come here sometime in the morning to get a juice cleanse or a protien bowl,

I have a reward and it doesn’t let me use it. It was a $3 juice reward and it kept giving me an error to add it.
