You all know there’s only 1 staff doing all orders. I have to wait 20-30 mins for a smoothie which is really ridiculous. I stopped coming here daily/weekly and maybe come once a month to find that nothing has changed. You really need to add another staff for the morning shift. It is not the employees fault they are constantly moving and working hard and I’m sure people give them attitude still because of the wait. This takes awhile from their politeness as well no time to say thank you or you’re welcome which comes off rude but I know they are extremely busy.

Not bashing on the speed of service; the young man was filling several large orders with precision and care. I could see he was carefully checking the orders and preparing the ingredients with accuracy.
And I had a book to read. But shouotout and props to Veer S who was on duty 1/28 today at 4 pm as he was courteous, welcoming, attentive to customer requests, and made a most delicious 'peanut butter healthnut smoothie' for me, checking carefully about my whey preferences. He had a friendly warm attitude and paid close attention to crafting a excellent drink which was tremendously nourishing for me after an afternoon of oral surgery and stress.
So kudos to Veer S for great customer service, a shop that was clean, bright and inviting (and I'm guessing free WiFi but I didn't use it)
and next time I'm in the area I will stop by again. I live in La Sierra Hills but on the way to Chino I found the Nekter Shop for the first time and was delighted with the experience.

Nice location rude lazy worker couldn’t even make an $11 smoothie bowl correct
I ordered a smoothie last night to have it ready for pick up by 7:15 a.m. this morning. I showed up at the shop at 7:20 a.m. and my smoothie had not even been started. The young lady working that morning offered to make it right away but I did not have time to wait as I had to get to work. I told her I’d stop by after work. After work, I stoped by and explained the situation. The young man made the smoothie that was not ready earlier. I was thankful for this.

Staff did not say hello, did not speak or answer anything. I asked for my mobile order, she slid it across the counter. I asked for a second cup. She sighed and put it on the counter and pointed at the lids. Is she a mute?? lol. Terrible customer service. My smoothie was good.
