Received wrong size of smoothie

I was promised a free smoothie if I made an account but I didn’t get it.

The smoothies were great. The customer service is not. We walked in and were greeted then left alone for several minutes before being asked if we had a mobile order. Customer service here is often poor.

Everything tasted great, however, my smoothie part of my bowl wasn’t completely blended in. There was a large frozen banana piece that wasn’t mixed together. This has never happened to me before. Please have your employees blend the product better. Thanks

I've been going to this location for about 3 years. I think. The service is outstanding usually, and the freshness of my favorite item which is the smoothies. All flavors included. Sometimes my order is a little off but that's okay as far as ingredients. Like if I asked for extra of something it doesn't seem like they put anything extra in it. But regardless the smoothies and bowls are out of this world, I really enjoy them. Wish you guys would have some coupons for some more incentives but I guess you have that loyalty program. A great idea would be like coupons in the mail. I'm sure you would get more traction with sales. One thing I do want to point out is when you say you close at a certain time. I have gone there a few times and you guys have closed way before the post time that you say that you're open, example: I went there last Halloween and you guys were totally closed while all the businesses around you were open. At least put a sign up there saying that you're not open because of a holiday or Halloween. I'm not complaining. I'm just saying I was in such a great mood to go get one of the smoothies , but it was closed during your business hours. I will be back . Again 100%

Great service and great smoothies

Nekter always provides top tier juices and smoothies. Unfortunately the rep that I dealt with this morning always has bad energy. That’s the only negative experience I always seem to have at this location. All other employees are nice. Other than that I love this store.

I’ll be returning back for another smoothie. Thank you.

“Disappointed” My order was a mobile order which included a Banana strawberry protein smoothie. I selected vanilla PEA protein due to allergies. What I received had PEANUT Butter. My other complaint was delay from schedule pickup time. I would also like to mention that in previous mobile orders immunity shots have been missed.Total of three times. $$ it all adds up! Please make employees aware of this common problem.

When we talk of modern slavery this is it I am disgusted by who ever runs this franchise me and my girlfriend with there for a smoothie and we noticed they only have one girl working there doing everything!! the girl was so nice and sweet and a real hardworking person but shame on whoever put her in that situation never going back to this location

I love how these juices, bowls and smoothies made me feel. Energized, full and healthy. Thank you for existing!

The ginger shots were not ginger. Tasted like milk. The smoothie was too icy/watery

Employee was nice, but was by herself. The line was getting long and she had to make the smoothies and ring customers up at the register. I felt bad for her since It made the wait very long.
