Ordered online and bowl wasn’t ready even after 10 min wait

I ordered a bowl and was told it was going to have peanut butter scoop and peanut butter drizzle on it by the cashier. Apparently that person was in training and when I drove off I didn’t get what I ordered. I called the store and was told that the person taking my order was in training. The company should make sure people in training have a supervisor next to them to prevent customers from having a bad experience. The manager did not offer me anything for the bad experience

The product is slipping, have been with Nekter Las Colinas since it opened, and must say the product taste and image have slipped. Presentation used be be picture perfect when you opened the lid you had all the fruit laid out and could pick and choose what you wanted in a bite. Today the mixture was dark, the bit into a banana and you could till it was old, the top was a mush of baby blue chia pudding, coconut flakes, and not much fruit smashed down by the lid to squish the outside rim. I normally take pleasure in eating viewing my bowl and enjoying every bite, however not this time around, it was pure mushy with soggy oats, and this was made while I was waiting( note I pre-ordered and had to wait past my time) I will be back with the hope that it was a one-off day.

Not good…I get that the girls that are working are overwhelmed. But, when the bottom of my bag collapsed and my bowl fell through. There was no concern, not a comment or question to see if they need to remake…

Amazing quality and prices. Only reason not a 5 is because our family had to wait 24 minutes for 4 bowls. People that ordered after us got in and out faster.
My smoothie bowl was good, other than the fact that a bad brown banana was used. I picked it out, but then I was missing the bananas taste on top. Other than that, the bowl was yummy.

The bowl was delicious. The only thing is the wait time to get my bowl. I used the app to place my order and arrived a few minutes later. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order. The 2 people working were very busy and didn't ask me or the other 2 people waiting by the pickup area if we had an order. It wasn't until she finished my order and placed it on the counter that she asked me.

I always feel welcomed when I come in. Today, it was busy but I was still in and out at a reasonable time. My only issue was that the bag my bowl was in was tearing due to condensation. Not sure if that can be fixed. Luckily it was saved before the bowl fell out.
