i don't know why i always have an issue when i go here, i love this place but every single time i struggle when i go and pick up my order. this time you guys said i never placed an order for pickup i had to pull up my order on my phone and show y'all . like i said i love the bowls and love this place but my customer service experience hasn't been great

Bad service and staff. From the moment I was attended the cashier was very rude and unwelcoming. There was only one other person ordering yet it took forever to make my açaí bowl, they made it in a hurry and it looked bad but the worst part was how unsanitary it was. The guy who took my order although contactless touched the screen then grabbed my fruit with those same gloves without changing them. I don’t appreciate his attitude either when I asked for a refund. I understand he was new but changing of the gloves has always been a priority as I’ve seen previous times I have gone. Another thing is that their employees are always new and don’t know how to do things properly, therefore, I recommend to drive an extra mile because clearly this place is no good. Overall bad experience and service. I don’t recommend and will not be coming back!

got myself a Mango bowl. Was okay comparing to what i had expected. nothing but a fruit blend topped with some more fruits. not worth the price.

Took 25 minutes today to get an açaí bowl. The sizes have also become substantially smaller. They used to fill the bowls to the top. Now they are only filling them half way. Seems pretty expensive for a half bowl. I don’t know if this is due to new employees.

Giving 3 stars just cause i love the bowls and smoothies, but the customer service here is by far the worst I have experienced at any location here in the DFW area. Rude, unfriendly and on top of that gave the wrong order twice. Go to any other Nektar than here.
